The future growth of Irma's Cafe will be based upon company opened stores as well as the continued sale of single store franchises and franchise area development agreements.

Starting in 2008 we will be selling franchises.  Irma's Café will be selling individual franchises but we prefer to develop by selling market areas which require the franchise developer to open a number of units, typically 2-5 stores in a period of 3 years.

Irma's Cafe franchisees must be well-capitalized to open great stores and meet their development schedule. Additionally, they must have a proven track record as excellent restaurant operators to operate great stores.

Qualification Criteria

Applicants must meet the criteria identified below to gain consideration for an Irma's Cafe franchise.

• Experience as a restaurant operator preferably for a five year minimum
• Net worth of $250,000 thousand, Multi unit 1 Million
• Liquid assets of $150,000, Multi unit $250,000
• Infrastructure and resources to meet our development schedule
• Real estate expertise in the market to be developed
• Total commitment and passion to the development of the Irma's Cafe brand and concept
